LEADERSHIP  IS  A  BLESSING.

Through his vast education Dr. Robinson has been a blessing to many as a personal counselor and as a contract negotiator for the United Auto Workers (UAW) and Daimler Chrysler Corporation for nearly 30 years.  He has been married to Indianapolis Realtor Maggie Pat Downing-Robinson for more than three decades and together they have three children: Rakale, (R.N., MSN) a director of clinical services at Eli Lilly Company; Warren, (B.A., J.D.) an attorney and Multi-Media Producer, and Rakeisha, a sophomore at Manchester University.

First Lady Robinson has been married to her loving, caring and devoted husband, Pastor Dr. Willie D. Robinson, for nearly four incredible decades. An Indianapolis native, First Lady graduated from the historic Washington High School on the Westside of Indianapolis. After high school, First Lady graduated from Indiana State University with a Bachelor's degree in Food and Nutrition Management and immediately went to work as a high school teacher in the Indianapolis Public School System (IPS). After her tenure with IPS, first lady worked as an executive at L.S. Ayers Company, later becoming a director in the state’s Emergency Management Crisis Unit. After a ten-year tenure as a consultant for the state (ending her service in a support role for the Marion County Health Department), First Lady devoted her time to support her husband and raise her three children as a stay-at-home wife and mother. However after her youngest daughter became school aged, First Lady returned to school, graduated, and eventually embarked on what would become a highly successful tenure as a real estate agent and property manager. First Lady permanently retired in 2009.
